Information AIZ may collect

When you submit an enquiry, AIZ receives the contact details, organisation information, enquiry type, and message you choose to provide. The website may also record page addresses, referring pages, campaign parameters, browser and device information, approximate location, and interaction events used to understand website performance and enquiry sources.

How information is used

AIZ uses information to respond to enquiries, assess product or partnership fit, improve website content and performance, understand marketing attribution, protect the website from abuse, maintain business records, and meet applicable operational or legal requirements.

Forms, analytics, and third-party services

The enquiry form is processed using Web3Forms. Website analytics and event measurement use Google Analytics. The contact page also contains a Google Maps embed. These providers may process technical information under their own terms and privacy practices.

The website stores first-touch and last-touch attribution information in browser session storage. A short-lived session marker is also used to ensure a successful enquiry is counted once on the thank-you page.

Sharing and retention

AIZ does not sell enquiry information. Information may be shared with service providers that support website hosting, form delivery, analytics, security, or business communications, and when required for legal or operational reasons. Records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which they were collected.

Your choices

You can limit cookies and analytics through browser privacy settings, tracking protection, or content-blocking tools. You may also ask AIZ to provide, correct, or delete personal information associated with a website enquiry, subject to any applicable record-keeping requirements.
